Fire Risk Assessments
See the comments below regarding a project to help with a Building Regulations application and then to conduct a fire risk assessment. This was for a large newly built carpet warehouse with a retail showroom. We consulted with the local authority building control officer throughout, much to the satisfaction of our client.
"Thank you for the professional and efficient way this matter was dealt with. If the other professionals I dealt with on this project had been as efficient and cost effective, the job would have come on ahead of date and under budget. "FRMS was instructed to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment on the premises I operate my business from. I found the whole process to be very professional from initial inquiry through to delivery of the final document. I was very impressed that Richard made the efforts to contact and advise the landlord of his responsibilities in addition to just concentrating on the areas I am responsible for. This was a very good service."

Fire Safety Awareness Courses
"I thought that the afternoon was very informative and that Richard presented the presentation well. I learned about all relevant risks in the office and also how to control them, I feel that if there was a fire in the office now that I have the confidence to follow all the procedures he taught to either evacuate the premises or extinguish the fire myself. Letting off the fire extinguishers was the highlight for me."
